Team Support (Club & National Teams)
Heightened pressures and scrutiny, along with the growing fixture schedule, have significantly impacted the responsibilities and stresses for head coaches and technical staff. Reducing the workload whilst enhancing the programme would increase the valuable time, which can be restricted for player and staff development.
WSL clubs Arsenal WFC and London City Lionesses LFC and National Teams England and Australia are amongst many coached/supported by Leanne. Team Support includes:

Opposition Goalkeeper Analyst - Opposition Goalkeeper Report (Scoring)

“Leanne is crucial part of my backroom staff. Her knowledge and detail adds huge value to the methodology, and her experiences at the highest level of the game and elite standards help shape the environment. As a member of my technical staff she is key to reducing my workload and pressures, which is priceless as a head coach. She has exceptional personal skills and the players and I find her extremely trustworthy. Added to this her work ethic, professionalism and passion to develop players in line with the game plan and support the staff is unique and special.”
